These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and bf88 ("bf88," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bf88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and linked platforms.

By completing the bf88 registration process, by clicking "I Agree" on any acceptance prompt, by depositing funds into a bf88 account, or simply by using the bf88 platform in any manner, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users accessing the bf88 platform from any location, including but not limited to users based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities and regions where the platform is accessible.

Access to and use of the bf88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the bf88 platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bf88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or court-ordered prohibition relating to online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

bf88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by our compliance systems. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC/NICOP), passports, and other forms of official identification recognised under Pakistani law.

Where bf88 has reasonable cause to believe that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section — including but not limited to age requirements — bf88 will suspend or permanently close the relevant account. Any funds held in an ineligible account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each individual user is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the bf88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering a bf88 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. bf88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

• Your bf88 account password must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bf88 account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You must notify bf88 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• bf88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.

bf88 reserves the right to suspend access to any account that exhibits suspicious activity patterns, pending investigation. During any such suspension, funds held in the account may be temporarily frozen. bf88 will communicate the outcome of any investigation through the contact details registered to the account.

All bf88 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR. bf88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts, and no currency conversion is applied to user balances.

bf88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. Available methods may vary depending on transaction amounts and account verification status.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction initiation and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bf88 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• bf88 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Deposits made using any payment method must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

bf88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, individual payment providers — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank institutions — may apply their own transaction charges. These third-party charges are the sole responsibility of the user.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the bf88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, event, or game type, in addition to these general Terms. Event-specific rules are displayed within the relevant section of the bf88 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the bf88 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user after acceptance, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised before the applicable deadline.
• bf88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or otherwise rendered invalid by circumstances outside bf88's control.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the odds displayed on-screen and the correct odds due to technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, bf88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to user accounts.
• Live betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket betting during PSL and international matches — are subject to temporary suspension at any time at bf88's discretion. Bets placed prior to a suspension event will be settled based on the relevant rules for that market.
• Casino game results generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) are final. No claim may be made in respect of any game outcome generated by a functioning RNG.

bf88 reserves the right to impose bet limits — minimum and maximum — on any market, event, or game at any time without prior notice. Users with accounts identified as professional, syndicate, or high-volume bettors may be subject to individually applied bet restrictions.

bf88 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, enhanced odds, and other incentive programs to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bf88 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. bf88 determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may restrict any promotion to specific user segments, geographic regions, or account types without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific offer terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) bf88 account, whether directly or through an agent or nominee.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage on the bf88 platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, or sharing information in a manner that constitutes unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited into a bf88 account.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or pricing mistake on the bf88 platform, whether in sports betting odds or casino game mechanics.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the bf88 platform, other user accounts, or bf88 internal systems.

bf88 employs industry-standard fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and, where required, regulatory or law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud or financial crime. All bf88 accounts are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with applicable international standards.

All content, materials, and technology available on the bf88 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text content, data compilations, and trademarks — are the exclusive intellectual property of bf88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bf88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bf88 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bf88 software.
• Use any bf88 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by bf88.
• Create derivative works based on any bf88 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of bf88's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence. bf88 will actively enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bf88 and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bf88 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bf88 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the bf88 platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond bf88's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the bf88 platform, including odds, statistics, or game data.
• Any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network disruptions on the user's side.
• Any unauthorised access to your bf88 account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any disputes between users and third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

The bf88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

bf88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason that bf88 deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable bf88 policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Account inactivity beyond the period specified in bf88's account dormancy policy.
• A request from the user under bf88's self-exclusion or responsible gaming program.
• A requirement imposed by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Users may also close their own bf88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting bf88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in a verified account will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to any applicable withdrawal hold periods and the absence of pending investigations.

Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by bf88 or the user — all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect following account closure.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bf88 holds its gaming licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles that might otherwise apply.

In the event of any dispute between a user and bf88 arising from these Terms or the user's interaction with the bf88 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users should contact bf88 customer support in the first instance. Support is available daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM PKT.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
